We are a family owned and operated company residing in the beautiful community of Lacey, serving Thurston, Pierce, Mason and Lewis Counties. We are lifetime residences of the Northwest and love its beauty and diversity. Rick began in the mid 70’s as an assistant to a carpet installer working to complete the tear out and prep necessary for the journeyman installer to begin his work. Within one year he became an apprentice installer working primarily in Pierce County. When Rick began carpet installers were in the practice of sewing seams and other forgotten arts employed by craftsmen of the times. The craftsmen’s credo of that time was “Do it right and do it once”. Rick began carpet cleaning at a time when truck mounted equipment was just introduced. As technology progressed he has attended uncounted seminars to learn new methods and emerging technologies in both equipment and chemicals. These developments have allowed our company to deal with problems that were unsolvable just a decade ago. He has expanded his knowledge to solve other problems such as pet damage restoration, water damage restoration, as well as problem stains that other companies are unable to remove. We believe that in order to properly serve our customers we need to continue being students of our industry. We pride ourselves in solving difficult cleaning problems and exceeding our customer’s expectations. We are proud of our industry and are excited to involve our customer.
